Energy Healing



Energy Healing works through the Human Energy Field (HEF) or Aura. The HEF contains the energy /consciousness of all of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual interaction with the world. It surrounds and interpenetrates every cell of the physical body and is dynamically alive expressing our every thought and emotion in a beautiful play of shifting light-consciousness.

Energy Healing (as taught at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing) clears, charges, balances, and repairs the HEF to support, enact, and facilitate healing and deeper awareness in all areas of one’s life. It can speed the healing of physical injuries and reduce pain by up to 50%. It is our access point to the deep map of our unfolding journey of learning and evolution.

Shelley Harrison is currently the only practicing graduate in the Ottawa area. Treatments include talking and energy work while clothed resting on a massage table.
