Nutritional counselling
It can be very difficult to know if the food
we are eating is providing us with the correct nutrients for our bodies
to function optimally, even if we think we eat quite well. A thorough
nutritional analysis can help to take some of the mystery out of this
process. In addition, by providing guidelines based on each
individual’s health history and their current nutritional profile,
recommendations can be made to help make nutritional changes to help
prevent genetically linked or deficiency related diseases.
